Fees & Attendance Options
The fee for attending all three days and staying overnight is $180.00, plus a food item as coordinated with the menu person. If you wish to attend all three days but sleep at home, the full fee still applies. The Saturday day-only fee is $65.00, which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lunch will be our main meal, as everyone will be present before some participants leave to drive home. Saturday day-only attendees will also contribute menu items as arranged.

Payment Information
Payment can be made by EMT to Louise Smith at nevlouise@gmail.com. Please include “February Retreat” in the message line of your EMT. If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque, payments can be brought to Friday Spinning on January 9th, 16th, or 23rd, or you may contact us to arrange pickup or mailing.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home has five bedrooms with queen beds. If you would like separate beds, you are welcome to bring your own air bed, foamie, or similar; some rooms can accommodate one extra bed, while others can accommodate two. Please bring your own bedding if using an air bed and let us know if you plan to bring one. If you need to stay on the main floor without using stairs, please let us know. Also, please advise us if you snore or if you have any food allergies/sensitivities.

Activities & What to Bring
Participants are encouraged to bring spinning wheels, knitting, hemming, card weaving, tapestry, or any other projects you may be working on. We will have a show-and-tell session, which is always inspiring and serves as a valuable learning opportunity. Several optional activities are planned—one for weavers, one for spinners, and one for knitters—along with plenty of time for visiting, discussion, and laughter. We have a great collection of recipes from past retreats and potlucks, and we look forward to some new ones.

Confirmation & Questions
Please email your decision as soon as possible, as attendance will be confirmed once payment is received and we need to ensure we have enough participants to proceed with our plans. Refunds have been offered in the past for valid reasons, though we hope everyone will be able to attend. If this is your first time attending the retreat or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us.
